1.) We will repair or replace any model for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase as long as we have replacement parts for that model or a replacement model.
2.) No warranty repairs will be honored unless the model was purchased from an authorized dealer, and the warranty slip that is included with each model is returned to us at time of purchase. If no warranty slip was included with the model at time of purchase then contact us immediately. If the model was purchased directly from us, then the warranty slip does not have to be returned as the purchase is already on file.
3.) Do not return any model to us without contacting us first. We will then send you an "Authorized Return" label to use on the package. Any package returned without this label may be refused.
Because of constantly rising prices, and the necessity for us to know how many of a particular model we have firm reservations on, we will be requesting a deposit on all reserved models once we have a firm price from the builder. In other words, when you first submit a reservation on a model, no deposit is required. Once the proposed builder quotes us on the model, and we accept the quote, we will request a deposit from you for each of the models you have reserved.
All models can be ordered direct from us.
Payment can be made using a personal check, money order, or with Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
You can use the off-line order/reservation form that is included with our Website or you can place your order over the telephone. For your own safety, do not send us any credit card information on-line.
Shipping by UPS or FEDEX Ground Service is included with all domestic orders. Overnight shipping is available at additional cost.
On Foreign Orders, surface shipping is included with all orders. For shipment by air, an additional amount should be included with your payment. Any excess will be refunded or credited to your account.
On Foreign Orders, payment by credit card or by an international postal money order is preferred. Payment can also be made by a bank or personal check drawn on a bank with a branch in the United States. All Customs/ Duty Charges are the responsibility of the purchasers.
